Zalog.com is a trademark and copyrighted 2002.  The owner retains all rights pertaining to its use. This notice shall serve as legal notice that any unsolicited email message (or "Spam") not directly related to the business of Zalog.com and its members is unsolicited regardless of the opinions of the sender. Zalog.com email addresses are not nor have ever been opt-in addresses.  Presence of Zalog.com email addresses on this site does not invite unsolicited email.  Any unsolicited email sent to or relayed through any address at the domain Zalog.com is strictly prohibited.  Zalog.com email addresses may not be automatically or manually harvested nor added to any list/file/database that may be used for unsolicited email.  Violators, which include the sender, advertiser, any party distributing the email address, and other entity mentioned in the email are subject to a $500.00 (US) transmission fee per item (plus legal fees) payable within 30 days of the invoice.  Outstanding balances will be charged a 20% annual interest rate compounded daily until the balance is settled.  Emailing a Zalog.com address acknowledges your agreement to these terms.
